【訂房需知】 
1. Check In入住 : 15:00以後，Check Out退房 : 11:00以前。 
2. 因會館內部份設施特殊設計，特請家長留意隨行兒童安全。 
3. 兩人房型浴室都屬於開放式設計，如不能接受者請考慮後再訂房。 
4. 民宿內全面禁止吸菸、烤肉點放炮竹，尚請見諒(另設戶外吸菸區)。 
5. 廚房不對外使用。(包棟可預約使用歐式廚房，加收清潔費200元)
6. 為確保住宿生活隱私，不開放參觀。 
7. 為享受夜晚的寧靜，在晚上10點過後，請降低音量。 
8. 無開放寵物入住。 
9. 請依訂房人數前來，本民宿有權謝絕探訪或臨時增加之入住人數， 敬請見諒。

Booking Notes

【匯款需知 】

1. 訂房時間為：早上9點至晚上10點來電訂房。 
2. 以電話方式訂房，來電請告知姓名、聯絡電話、住宿日期、 住宿房型、人數等。(及小孩的年齡以便我們為您服務) 
3. 為確保您的權益，訂房後，請於2日內將訂金(房價的一半)匯款或轉帳至網站上指定之帳號，轉帳(匯款)之後，請以電話或電子郵件方式告知匯款後五碼、姓名、金額、住宿日期及房型，以便核對確認您的訂房。 　 
4. 住宿請依照預訂之人數前來，若有需要加人或加床，請提前告知。 
5. 住宿時，請記得出示您的國民身份證以便辦理登記。 
6. 改期或取消： 依觀光局規定颱風的改期或取消是以台南或住客居住區域的陸上颱風警報為主，不可因下雨或其他颱風，天氣不佳為藉口而改期或取消。 
a.前三天內取消訂房 ( 含更改天數及房間數 )扣總房價金額的50%
b.自住宿日起算七天前取消訂房者，扣總房價金額的30% 或可換【保留期限為六個月，逾時視同放棄】。 
c.住宿當日逢颱風或地震等不可抗拒因素 
(以當地縣市政府頒布狀況為準則) 時，可全額退回訂金或保留六個月。)
